Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Innovation First International, Inc.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Innovation First International, Inc. ("IFI") and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including VEX Robotics, Inc. and Rack Solutions, Inc., to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

Our Organization

Innovation First International, Inc. is a privately held technology company headquartered in Greenville, Texas, United States. IFI designs, develops, and manufactures technology products and engineering solutions distributed globally through its subsidiaries and business units, including VEX Robotics, Inc. and Rack Solutions, Inc.

VEX Robotics, Inc. develops robotics hardware platforms, software tools, and educational curriculum used by schools, universities, and robotics teams worldwide to support STEM education and robotics competitions.

Rack Solutions, Inc. designs and manufactures data center infrastructure solutions, including server racks, mounting systems, enclosures, and custom hardware used by enterprises, technology companies, and data center operators globally.

IFI supports these businesses through engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions operating from facilities in Greenville, Texas, as well as through a global network of suppliers and partners.

Our Commitment

IFI is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We expect our employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold these same standards.

Our Supply Chain

IFI and its subsidiaries source components, materials, and manufacturing services from a network of suppliers located in multiple regions around the world, including North America and Asia. These suppliers provide electronic components, metal fabrication, hardware components, and manufacturing services used in the production of robotics systems, educational technology products, and data center infrastructure solutions.

Because global supply chains may present varying levels of risk related to labor practices, IFI seeks to work with reputable suppliers that adhere to applicable labor laws and responsible employment practices.

IFI maintains internal policies and standards intended to promote lawful and ethical business conduct. These policies reflect our expectations related to:

Due Diligence and Supplier Engagement

IFI seeks to establish relationships with suppliers that demonstrate responsible business practices. As part of supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier relationships, IFI may evaluate suppliers based on factors including reputation, business practices, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

IFI reserves the right to address concerns with suppliers if potential violations of labor or ethical standards are identified.

Training and Awareness

IFI promotes awareness among relevant employees regarding ethical business practices and responsible sourcing. Employees involved in procurement, operations, and supplier management are expected to support the company's commitment to ethical supply chain practices.

Continuous Improvement

IFI recognizes that preventing modern slavery and human trafficking requires ongoing vigilance. We continue to evaluate our policies, processes, and supplier relationships to strengthen responsible sourcing practices and promote ethical labor standards throughout our supply chains.

This statement has been approved by the management of Innovation First International, Inc. and applies to IFI and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including VEX Robotics, Inc. and Rack Solutions, Inc.
